Scheduled project dates are subject to availability. We make every effort to arrive on time and complete projects as scheduled. In the event of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, material shortages), we will notify clients and adjust timelines accordingly.
4. Payments
All payments are due as outlined in your project agreement or invoice. We accept payment via cash, check, or other approved methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the work completed and materials ordered.
